You probably maybe wondering what I have been up to these days. I have been living my life more mindfully and enjoying some vacations around the US pet friendly with my family. I recently got a puppy Maltipoo. She is registered with the CKC. She is so far the smartest dog I have ever had. She is so easy to train. She has been traveling in airplanes to wonderful appealing destinations. I added in my amazon store several items for your fur baby.

In 2024, I have been posting more on my Instagram about fashion. I lost 20 pounds after my hernia surgery back in February. I’m looking my best again. I swear I look a lot younger as I age! I had to make more changes in my lifestyle from beauty, diet and mindfulness.

I started with beauty. I’m using more products with effective ingredients such as retinoids, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, peptides, gentle cleanser, and broad-spectrum sunscreen. This year, I was also selected for the judging panel for the 10th Clean Beauty Awards. I’m so excited to be part of this panel. Influencing in beauty is my biggest strength to keep my longevity. I have been eating a whole food diet with grass fed meats. It includes fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and wild sea food, and drinking less socially. I have had so many people complimenting me. I feel more confident and healthy. I started doing fashion on IG. I don’t know why I didn’t do fashion before since beauty and lifestyle was my niche. I love it so much, and my followers really love what I wear. They shop my fashion.

I have been working on my mindset since 2023, I had a lot of going on personally. I became more mindful about current circumstances and understanding that we can’t control everything. Some people are who they are. We can’t change them because they won’t change, right? We can change our circumstances and improve ourselves. After I left the burden of frustration, I became lighter mentally and physically. I have a new Mantra let it go, and let it be! I really have been having an amazing 2024. I hope you can use my mantra LET IT GO, LET IT BE in 2025. I know the world seems upside down for some people. Your mindset is important. Don’t let the negativity outside your world contaminate your beautiful mind. People have told me, “Yenis, you always look so happy.” I say! Hey I’m happy but it doesn’t mean that my life is perfect. I don’t let evil people get to me. Honestly, I have had people try to put me down. I won’t let them because I’m whole and I can’t be manipulated. Sometimes, when you are like that, people can get upset and say you are a narcissist. Still, you know you love yourself so much. You don’t need them in your life anymore. It’s better to stay away from these people who would like to be like you! Protect your energy is protecting your mindset. I love you and I’ll be back in 2025.
