I have been hearing for a while that Shea Butter works fabulously for dry skin, aging or eczema. I decided to get “Unrefined Shea Butter” from “Better Shea Butter.” This online site has the purest, organic, and sustainable skin foods. I know several friends who are having fun with DIY skin care. Shea butter nourishes and moisturize your skin and has a natural concentration of vitamins (A, E, F) and fatty acids (Linoleic and Linolenic).
I was very surprised to find out that shea butter is also anti-inflammatory and anti-aging. Shea butter is a skin superfood that comes from the seeds of the fruit of the Shea (Karite). It is from the tree called Vitellaria paradoxa, a wild-growing African tree that produces the tiny, almond-like fruit with a nut inside. Shea Butter is known as “women’s gold” in Africa because it is a valuable source of income for the women in Ghana.
You can make yourself things like eye cream, lip balm, body butter or more. You can also use shea butter by itself on your face and body as a natural moisturizer, and it’s excellent as a natural baby-care product alone, and can be used for massages, stretch marks, and cuticle cream.
I particularly love the yellow unrefined shea butter because it adds a light glow or slight tan look to my skin and is the best seller from my favorite store online “Better Shea Butter.” This shea butter has been gaining popularity with people affected by Eczema and Psoriasis because the yellow tends to take longer to absorb and will create a better moisturizing effect.
I downloaded the e-Book online from “Better Shea Butter” and I’ll be sharing with you two of the easiest recipes from my favorite store online find more recipes HERE
