Your first ATX Small Dogs event should feel easy and enjoyable. Pack water, a collapsible bowl, high-value treats, waste bags, a secure harness, and any comfort item your dog already loves. Bring vaccination information if requested, and arrive with enough time for a calm introduction.

Most important, bring a patient mindset. Let your dog warm up at their own pace, stay attentive to their body language, and ask a Pack Leader for help if you need it.
