I’m a fashion lover and I’m very excited about today, February 8, 2018, the first day of New York Fashion Week 2018.  I wish I could have made it this season, but I’ll try to attend NYFW in 2018 if I get lucky! I hope to get invitations to some of the most exciting fashion shows in New York City, the world’s fashion capital. However, I’m planning on visiting NYC this April where I’ll be attending some red carpets and where I’ll be posting on VIP Discoveries about all my adventures in the fashion capital of the world and sharing with the world about what I’m wearing.

During NYFW 2018 we are going to see a lot of sparkle and sequins galore and glitter. I’m totally crazy about metallics and I have a total infatuation for golds or silvers. When metallics are trendy I’m the first one to wear them either on a red carpet, photo shoot, audition, cocktails, or galas. One of my favorite designers this year, J. Mendel, is sophisticated and is well known for his haute designs and represents my taste in fashion.

I recently attended a wonderful cocktail party wearing a dress from Shalex Designs from Los Angeles, CA, an online store I discovered that updates its web page and Instagram every week with lovely and trendy designs. They have a very limited inventory so make sure that when you see an outfit you love on Instagram to hurry up to purchase the merchandise. I’m not skinny so in order to make me look leaner I purchased a belt that made my figure and the dress to look just perfect for the daytime cocktail party.

I love to look mysterious, enigmatic, and feel bohemian when I’m socializing at a cocktail where I wore the 14K Gold Sequin Dress from Shalex Designs.  The cream long sleeve cocktail dress with details in gold sequins and a plunging V-neck cut is very classic, chic, and elegant. At the party, many heads turned to appreciate my gorgeous and unique dress and when I went outdoors the dress was shining in the light and many people were appreciating my dress. I’m a huge fan of Haute Couture dresses from Elie Saab, Karl Lagerfeld, Versace, Christian Dior and Chanel. This dress has the look of a big house Haute Couture design (hand-crafted).
